Regulations and Rates
 
Regular Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday 7:00 am - 10:30 pm
Friday 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am - Variable
Holidays Special Rental Rates Apply

The Westside Community Conference Center will extend hours of operation for special events. Special rental rates apply.
 
Rates
 
The Westside Room, Gymnasium, Alumni Executive Board Room, and Lighthouse Dining Suite and Double Classrooms

 
Weekdays: $28.00 per hour - Weekends $40.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum
Whole Day: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Weekdays $200.00 - Weekends $275.00
Weekend Evenings: 5:00 pm - 1:00 pm - $50.00 per hour - 4 hour minimum
After 11:00 pm = $68.00 per hour
 
Classrooms

Weekdays: $20.00 per hour - Weekends $28.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum
Whole Day: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Weekdays $140.00 - Weekends $200.00

 
Additional fees may be charged for:

  • Special set-up

  • Rental beyond regular hours of operation

  • Large groups requiring additional custodial hours

  • Special circumstances at the discretion of the director

Teleconferences
The Westside Community Conference Center has satellite downlink capabilities in the Westside Room and Arbor #4. Teleconferences require an additional $200 fee.
 
Audio/Visual Equipment
There is an additional fee of $100 for the use of a computer presentation system. All other audio/visual equipment in the building is included in the room rental fee. Overhead projectors and wall mounted televisions with cabled video cassette recorders and players are located in most rooms. Equipment will be placed in any room upon request.
 
Weddings
Weddings are occasions that require special attention to detail which makes the event the most memorable for the wedding couple. We plan weddings to accommodate everything from the most elaborate formal affair to a simple wedding done on a budget. Ask about our wedding packages.
 
Special Events - Trade Shows - Craft Fairs - Conferences-Conventions

The Westside Community Conference Center can accommodate everything from monthly board meetings to large trade shows and conventions. Your event will be handled with personal attention given to every detail. Catering services range from coffee, water and tea service to formal sit down banquets serving the finest cuisine.
** Extra charges for large set-ups may apply.
 
Regulations

The Westside Community Conference Center is a non-smoking and non-alcoholic facility.
Lesse will be responsible for any damage to the facilities or fixtures.
Use of all tables and chairs is included in room costs. There is an additional charge if additional tables and chairs must be rented.
All children must be accompanied by an adult and are to be supervised at all times.
After regular hours guests must remain on the level of the building that is rented.
Rental of a dance floor requires an additional charge.
No nails or tacks may be used on any walls or ceilings. Only masking tape may be used.
Left-over food from a catered event may not be removed from the building.
 
Large catered functions will receive a waive of room rental if additional meeting time is not required.
Package rates for all day seminars are available.
